In July 2012 Jonas and I took a surfing trip to Ericeira on the west coast of Portugal. First stop was Barcelona, then Lisbon and after that a bustrip to the Atlantic coast.

Weather was beautiful, the waves were good and the food and company were great. Unfortunately I accidentaly left the camera turned on in my bag with the trigger pushed one day and it resulted in a dead battery and no photos from the surfing or the beach! Instead it gave me a good reminder that it’s always good to bring a charger along. Also I discovered on the flight to Barcelona that my passport had expired back in April! Thankfully nobody bothered to look in it thanks to the Schengen agreement. Phew.
